LibreOffice to PDF
Purpose of this building block
You can create PDF documents from your LibreOffice templates by merging the data from your variables into the resulting PDF document.
Configuration
Click on the bold text in the title of the building block to open the configuration dialog.
Edit
Use the edit icon to edit the template in a new browser tab.
Reload
Click on the reload icon to scan the template again to track down added or removed variables. If you have renamed your template on Google Drive clicking on this button will also update the document name in Ultradox.
Preview
The preview icon does exactly the same as the download button, but the generated PDF document will contain an Ultradox watermark and will not count against your license.
The preview is perfect for test your template without wasting your license during development.
Download
Click on the download icon to generate and download the document from the template.
If you have added a building block that generates PDF documents from a Google Document clicking on this button will merge all variables into the template, produce the PDF document and open it in a new browser tab.
The generated document will not contain a watermark and will count against your license.
Each time you generate and download a document by using this button the internal document counters will be increased so that you can generate unique invoice numbers, for example.
